Christmas Cleaning

Father Christmas is lurking around with his thick beard of doom. We've started with the yearly christmas cleaning doing one room each day according to the old Swedish tradition. I also installed Microsoft Office 2007 today so now I got my laptop setup pretty much the way I want. Peace, Love and Ass too Mouth!

Organizing the Gear

I've spent the day organizing movies and xbox games. Nice to get rid of some cables and shit in the process. I'm thinking of buying a blue-ray player this week. It's about time, our old dvd player is acting wierd and when you have a 42" HD TV it feels like it's the right way to go. I also have to figure out a way to organize my home studio corner. Way too much gear and no space. I might sell some stuff to raise cash. There's no point in have gear that you never use.

Going North

I haven't been able to update the blog lately. Me, my wife and Devil decided to take a little trip. We rented a little cottage in northern Sweden. I've just managed to setup an internet connection with my mobile phone. Great success! There's tons of snow here and cold as hell. Keep it real!

Testing the EOS

We've been fooling around with the Canon EOS, trying to get a hang of it. My wife took this picture of Devil on the beach. I'd like to have a video camera as well, then me and Peter could record our own snuff movies and shit. How cool is that?! Perhaps it's one of those dreams that come true. We'll just have to wait and see what santa claus have to say about that.

Coffee, WoW and EOS

Yeah, I recieved my Canon EOS today and to top things of I also bought a coffee machine called King of Coffee. Now I'm just waiting for my friend Peter to arrive. We're going to drink some coffee, play wow and take some juicy gay pictures. I might be able to post some pictures later on.

Tone of Death

I've got a new workind audio interface now. Finally I'm alble to try cool stuff like Amplitube 2 Metal, Guitar Rig 3, ReValver 3 etc. At a first glance I'd have to say that I like ReValver the most, without a doubt. I think I'll buy it.

Crystal Lake

Went down to the lake with Liina and Devil and took some pictures. A nice day indeed with great weather. Can't wait until I get a new camera to fool around with. Anyway, I have to return my audio interface this week. Hopefully I'll get a new one and get everything working cause I really want to record some new tracks. Yes I'm talking about world domination.

Taking Some Pictures

I've decided that I deserve a Canon EOS system camera since I enjoy taking pictures and my old camera is shit. I wanted a good camera for as long as I can remember so I'll buy us one next week. Then I'll start posting loads of pictures on my blog. God Bless.

Bad Audio Interface

I got new audio interface the other day but it appears to be broken. I just get a lot of static noise but no sound, that sucks. Annoying when you get new gear and it doesn't work. Anyway, Devil is growling and running in his sleep right now. He's such a cute little devil.

The Vaio Experience

Great success! Today I recieved my Sony Vaio. I still need to install some applications and do some tweaking but I love it! It's like a piece of art. I've already tried WoW with excellent results.

Infection and Shopping

I have some kind of infection with fever and shit. I had to order a Sony Vaio laptop in order to feel some happiness and it worked. I'm happy again. Hopefully I'll recieve it within a few days so I can spread some wireless ownage once again. Time for bed now.

We welcome the Devil

So many things happening at the same time. Me and my wife have decided to move back together, nice! And I'd also like to welcome a new member of the von Porat family. A fifteen month old American Staffordshire Terrier. Oh my dear baby jesus what a sweet little devil. I will get some pictures for you tomorrow. Right now both my babys are sleeping in the bed and I'm about to join them. In fact, I can't think of anything that would make my life better right now. I'm just loving every bit of it. Stay tuned for some new pictures.

Computer Upgrade

I went to Netonnet with Liina today and ended up with a bunch of new computer components. So now I have an Intel dualcore @ 2,66 Ghz, 4 GB memory and GeForce 9600 GT graphics. I just tested World of Warcraft and the framerate is sick. So hopefully I'll finally be able to play Age of Conan with descent framerate.

The Royal Treatment

I've started to take care of my skin, every day I take a long sothing bath with aromatherapy and face mask. It's relaxing and very important if you want to look fresh and young like me. From now on my new nickname is "lazy eye babyface".

Thai Silk Adventure

Went with Joel to Thai Silk, a thai restaurant in Borås. We had a nice time and the food was good. Yes, I have to get a passport as soon as possible cause I'm planning a little vacation but more about that later.

Norwegian Samurai

Long time no see. I've been busy the last couple of days owning the norwegians. Yes, I've started to release my ownage on an international scale. However, now I'm back in Sweden. This evening we went to a asian restaurant for some sushi, suck me sideways... sushi is good. I added a picture for your pleasure when I'm eating some soup. A little something for your private porn collection maybe.

Borås Sightseeing

We went on a roadtrip today and ended up in my old hometown Borås. Had a really nice day, did some shopping and visited loads of different stores. Didn't get much sleep last night so I'm quite fucked up right now, but in a good way.

Merciless Gladiator Set

Finally, after endless hours of grinding battlegrounds in WoW I got the complete Merciless Gladiator set. To bad it will only be of any use until the next patch (WotLK), but still it's always nice when you achieve something. Not been doing that much today, anyway it's sunday and baby jesus wants us to take it easy on sundays. Tobiah came over for a cup of that good old fashioned coffee though.

MMORPG Showdown

I have been searching for the ultimate MMORPG, massive multiplayer online roleplaying game and found out that nothing will ever be able to compete with WoW. Still I really like Age of Conan and Warhammer Online but they just don't make it all the way. Though I think that Age of Conan will be awesome on xbox 360. Just picture yourself chillin in your livingroom in front of a big ass widescreen tv playing, sounds juicy doesn't it?

Ownage In Ullared

If you're from Sweden you probably experience a great deal of anxiety when you hear the word Ullared. It's one of the biggest shopping mauls and like a big ocean of people. Just to navigate and get from point A to B is quite a challange. However, if you manage to ignore all people it's not that bad. For example, I managed to find the Saw 1-4 DVD box and Warhammer Online amongst some other stuff. Looking forward to try Warhammer Online. I can't wait to try it out, I bet it's wicked!
