Mental Retardation

I've been doing some research today. Did you know that a person must have an IQ below 70 to be considered to have a mental retardation? I didn't know that and I bet that neither did you. You are never to old to learn something new, at least that's what I told my grandfather when he told me he wanted to be a brain surgeon.
